Last gratitude blog post

I know, I know. It's already Dec. 1. But yesterday I wasn't really able to do my gratitude post.

I'm grateful for DayQuil and NyQuil. I wouldn't have survived yesterday without them. :)

I'm grateful that everything finally came together in the end for the tournament. There were some rough spots, though.

I'm grateful for the standards of the Church.

I'm grateful for the talents I've been given. Even if I'm not the best in the world, my talents make life fun and make it possible to help others around me.

I'm grateful for scriptures.

I'm grateful for Christmastime and that we can celebrate the birth of the Savior with family.

I'm grateful that we have an apartment that is warm (sometimes a little too warm, lol).

I'm grateful for the freedom to choose our occupations and that we're not controlled by government.

I'm grateful for awesome family members on both sides of our family.

I'm grateful for Jeffrey and that we've been married in the temple. I'm grateful for everything he does to serve me and show his love for me. I'm grateful for how much fun we have together and that we can just act like little kids together. I'm grateful for how hard he works at school and how willing he is to provide for our family, despite having to give up things he enjoys.

I'm grateful my Heavenly Father loves me and watches over me. Sometimes it seems like nothing is going right, and then I pray and remember that He loves me and will make everything right.

I'm also grateful that I didn't lose my flash drive that has all my work on it. Last night I thought I had... It was really bad. Then Jeff found it in my computer. Fancy that.

I'm also grateful it's December! So excited. :) And I'm grateful I did this gratitude challenge this month. I think it made me a lot more grateful for all of the many blessings I have!

  1. Rachel, thanks for posting all month. I enjoyed feeling like I got to catch up on your lives a little bit. You and Jeff are awesome.
