Dear Governor Herbert,
I know you said, "You can't pass a law that outlaws stupid." But can we? Please? Because stupid is costing people their homes and the tax payers millions of dollars. Really, there must be a way to outlaw stupid. Call a special session of the state congress and get this thing figured out. Apparently we have too many stupids in Utah.
And please ask the court systems to throw whoever intentionally started that fire in Ogden a really hard penalty. Because I think that qualifies as worse than stupid. Thank you.

P.S. Why did the president only visit Colorado? We have to have as much burned areas as Colorado, even if we don't have the biggest fire. Is it because we're not a battleground state?
