Recent happenings

You know when you're so excited you can't sit still? And you feel like you're 7 and it's Christmas morning? That would be me right now. Seriously. Hopefully sitting through the football game tonight isn't going to be too hard. I feel like I could go run around the block a hundred times. (But I'm not going to because running... no me gusta. And I already worked out and showered today.)

I'm pretty sure I've talked about going to England before, but today I got even more excited because I talked to some dear friends from England about it and Jeff has been talking about it lately... It's becoming more and more real. Now we just have to get through the rest of the school year. :D :D :D

And guess what else is happening! My sister-in-law and brother-in-law are coming up for Conference! Yay!!!!! We haven't seen them since July, which honestly isn't that long when compared to only seeing them once a year when they lived on the East Coast...but still. :) I got so excited when my sister-in-law called me unexpectedly last night.

So today's been a great day. Talking to some of my favorite people. Trips. Not much work, (which was nice after not finishing work until midnight last night...). Now if I could just get my couch done and figure out how to put curtains up without nails or screws on a window too long for a tension rod....

Oh, and volleyball won last night. Woot, woot! That was a stressful experience. I don't like five-set matches when your team starts 0-2. I think I have huge knots in my shoulders from last night's match.

And another wonderful thing about this weekend, we finally got the website working! Oh. My. Gosh. Talk about the most unproductive work week. When most of your work stuff is on a website and then that website stops working for three days.... Stressful and annoying. When I did my notes, I had to refresh the website at least three times per page I wanted to see just to bring the page up. :P Luckily it seems to be running smoothly again, just in time for volleyball's bye weekend. lol.

Are you having trouble figuring out Christmas presents? I really am.... : / Last year I thought my present was so brilliant, and now I've got next to nothing. A bunch of ideas, but nothing brilliant yet. *sigh*
